Web Component Library
I built a series of components for use in internal tools using the Web Components API. I am very proud of this project as it bucked a lot of the trends of utilizing commercial component systems which, in my opinion, can be overkill and memory expensive. This uses vanilla HTML and JavaScript to achieve its end, and I believe it does so elegantly. They are currently in use in the company's internal feedback tool, which itself is written in React.
React SPAs
One example of hundreds produced. While working at AllenComm, I helped create a library of activities for the purpose of creating elearning courses for companies. This library is the base for hundreds of SPAs currently delivered to clients and in use by those companies. The library of activities use React and were put together on an internal tool. They are meant to be used in a LMS with SCORM, and are accessible to boot.
AI integration
A real-estate research product, still in development and run locally, ranks comparable sales and walks through deal estimates. It streams plain-English explanations from the OpenAI Responses API. The stack is a Go API, Preact, and SpatiaLite. Go code parses public records into the property and sales data those calculations use.

Daily driver since 2021. The laptop and most of the machines run Omarchy. The home server is headless Devuan, on runit.
FreeBSD homelab tooling, kept private: Bastille jails for self-hosted services, Caddy, SOPS/age, cron and smartd, and a written backup and recovery path.
